Who?

As everyone knows once you log into stardoll you are greeted by an event box. Just normal stuff like the cover girl, new doll/shop, some new Disney movie. So when i logged and seen the weekly super stardoll I was like WHO! Her name is Carola haggkvist.( however you pronounce it)
To me her name sounds Norwegian but I'm rubbish at languages so your guess is better than mine. Do you know who she is? If so can you please tell me.
